As child sleep consultants, Sally and Jo-Anne work with families to create customised sleep plans that are respectful of the child and family ethos, therefore teaching your child to sleep independently within a nurturing environment.

After completing a 24 hour log and questionnaire, a detailed consultation takes place. This is an opportunity to tell Sally or Jo-Anne all about your baby’s sleep habits, feeding habits and routine.
In person (home visit)
As well as including everything in the Skype/Telephone package, Sally or Jo-Anne can meet you and your baby, give advice on how to make your home more conducive to sleep and spend time discussing your baby’s sleep issues.
